Talent Quarter launched in 2021, and we are proud to be a 100% Australian-owned leader in specialist recruiting.


Our business mission is simple as we work to be the preferred recruitment partner for Australia’s healthcare and social care industries. Our purpose is connecting the market’s best talent and to have a positive impact on people’s lives – clients, candidates and communities alike.


Talent Quarter launched following our acquisition of Sugarman Australia. The Sugarman Group has served the UK healthcare sector for more than 30 years and the business that is now Talent Quarter, was established by Sugarman International in Sydney in 2008. Today Talent Quarter looks after the national market from offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
