About the Role
- You will work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to:
- Deliver culturally safe healthcare and support
- Conduct health assessments and care planning
- Advocate for patients’ cultural and healthcare needs
- Collaborate with nurses, GPs, mental health and allied health teams
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Be studying or qualified in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Cert III/IV), and/or
- Hold AHPRA registration as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Be able to obtain security clearance and complete a National Criminal History Check
- Three COVID-19 vaccinations
- Flu vaccination within the past 12 months
- Be studying or qualified in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Cert III/IV), and/or
- Hold AHPRA registration as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner
