Administration Office Support - Aged & Home Care - Agency contract (3 Days per Week)

Talent Quarter is partnering with a leading not-for-profit Aged & Home Care provider to recruit an Administration Office Support professional on a part-time (3 days per week) contract, commencing immediately. This is an ongoing contract with potential to increase to 5 days per week,

This is a front-facing role where you’ll provide welcoming, professional support to clients, families, carers, and visitors while assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, carers, and visitors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and  enquiries
  • General administrative tasks such as filing and archiving
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Maintain a welcoming and organised reception environment
About You
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service
  • Experience with Carelink or similar client management systems (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
  • Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Well-organised, reliable, and proactive
