- Supporting and mentoring nursing and care staff
- Coordinating clinical care and overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Managing clinical documentation, assessments, and care planning
- Acting as a clinical leader and escalation point during shifts
- Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in Australian residential aged care
- Previous leadership or acting ANUM experience (highly regarded)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- A resident-focused, values-driven approach to care
