About the Role
As a CAMHS Clinician, you will:
- Provide assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention for children and adolescents experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges
- Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry, psychology, nursing, social work and occupational therapy
- Deliver family-centred and culturally responsive care
- Participate in case reviews, care planning and inter-agency collaboration
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement and community engagement initiatives
About You
You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing or a related discipline
- Registration with AHPRA or relevant professional body
- Experience in child and adolescent mental health (or strong interest and willingness to develop skills)
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with young people and families
- Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and culturally safe practice
