Talent Quarter are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join a dynamic, community-based Youth Mental Health Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting young people and their families across a range of mental health presentations.
You will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care including assessment, case management, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support.

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for young people
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Manage a clinical caseload and coordinate individualised care plans
- Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and service development
- Provide mental health education and promotion within the community
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Social Work
- Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional membership
- Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
- Strong skills in assessment, case management, and therapeutic intervention
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Current driver’s licence
Desirable but not essential:
- Background in community mental health services
- Knowledge of early intervention and youth mental health frameworks
- Experience working in regional or rural settings
