Talent Quarter  are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Clinician to join a dynamic, community-based Youth Mental Health Service. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting young people and their families across a range of mental health presentations.

You will be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care including assessment, case management, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for young people
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Manage a clinical caseload and coordinate individualised care plans
  • Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community services
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and service development
  • Provide mental health education and promotion within the community
Essential Criteria
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing or Social Work
  • Current AHPRA registration or relevant professional membership
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
  • Strong skills in assessment, case management, and therapeutic intervention
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Current driver’s licence

Desirable but not essential: 
  • Background in community mental health services
  • Knowledge of early intervention and youth mental health frameworks
  • Experience working in regional or rural settings
