Talent Quarter is proud to be partnering with NSW Health to support the transition of Northern Beaches Hospital into the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) from 29 April 2026.
We are currently seeking experienced and flexible Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join the casual workforce during this exciting transition period.
About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major public healthcare transition while gaining exposure to a dynamic hospital environment. You will be working on a casual basis, supporting staffing needs across a variety of departments.

- NSW Health award rates + casual loading
- Flexible shifts to suit your availability
- Variety of shifts including AM, PM, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Opportunity to contribute to a significant healthcare transition within NSW
- Current AHPRA registration (for RN/EN roles)
- Relevant clinical experience in your specialty area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
