  • Lead annual clinician reviews, including progression planning, skill-building and career pathways

  • Monitor and improve systems, policies and procedures to build clinical competency, efficiency and staff retention
  • Manage OH&S risk, incident reports, complaints and reportable incidents, and support NDIS audit compliance
  • Analyse performance data to identify and implement improvements
  • Support referral intake and allocation, caseload review and waitlist management
  • Explore new business opportunities and maintain tendering and service level agreements
  • Oversee queries on payroll, leave, incentive programs and employment contracts
  • Manage the team when the Directors are unavailable
About you
  • Allied health tertiary qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience and/or relevant experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, both clinical and operational
  • Experience managing a team with varying levels of skill and experience
  • Sound understanding of NDIS processes and procedures
  • Strong time management, able to balance caseload, supervision and leadership duties and meet billing targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A commitment to evidence-based, person- and family-centred practice
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
Requirements
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Cleared Police Check for disability (within the last 12 months)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid driver’s licence (travel may be required)

Why apply?
  • A genuine mix of clinical leadership and business operations, with a real voice in the direction of the clinic
  • A supportive, passionate team that values professional growth and wellbeing
