Talent Quarter are proud to have exclusively partnered with a leading provider of residential Aged Care in Toowoomba seeking a new Clinical Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting staff to deliver safe, person-centred care.

- Lead and manage all aspects of clinical care delivery
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislation and infection control requirements
- Oversee resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Lead clinical audits, quality indicators and continuous improvement activities
- Support admissions and clinical decision-making
- Partner with the Service Manager on operational and workforce planning
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years’ senior nursing experience in Residential Aged Care
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
