About the Role

Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will lead and coordinate clinical care across this small 45 bed home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care. 

You’ll oversee clinical operations, support and develop your team, and ensure compliance with aged care standards and funding requirements, while driving continuous improvement across the service.

This is a well-established residential aged care home offering a warm, welcoming environment with modern facilities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinical and care operations across the facility
  • Lead and support clinical, care and allied health teams
  • Ensure high standards of care delivery and clinical governance
  • Manage AN-ACC assessments and documentation to support funding outcomes
  • Coordinate care planning, assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Monitor and respond to clinical incidents, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support staff education, competency and performance development
  • Manage rosters and staffing levels to meet resident needs
  • Foster a collaborative, team-focused culture
About You

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Minimum 5 years experience)
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Standards and AN-ACC
  • Confident leading, mentoring and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
