About the Role

This is a well-established, purpose-built aged care residence offering a high standard of accommodation and care within a calm, welcoming environment. The home is supported by strong systems, resources, and a collaborative leadership team.

This is a key leadership position where you will work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a well-established clinical team, including four Clinical Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and team performance across the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
  • Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ensure effective clinical governance, documentation, reporting, and risk management
  • Partner with the Facility Manager to achieve operational and quality outcomes
About You

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in aged care clinical leadership roles
  • Experience in large-scale facilities (100+ beds) is essential
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident using clinical systems, reporting tools, and digital documentation
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of care and building strong teams
