Talent Quarter are proudly partnered with an outstanding Aged Care provider who are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their facility in South Western Sydney.

This is a key leadership position where you will work closely with the Facility Manager and lead a well-established clinical team, including four Clinical Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and team performance across the home.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and team performance across the home.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure effective clinical governance, documentation, reporting, and risk management
- Partner with the Facility Manager to achieve operational and quality outcomes
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in aged care clinical leadership roles
- Experience in large-scale facilities (100+ beds) is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Confident using clinical systems, reporting tools, and digital documentation
- Passionate about delivering high standards of care and building strong teams
