Your new role:
As Clinical Manager, you will take ownership of clinical governance, quality systems, and care delivery across the facility. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will lead from the front- embedding safe, compliant, person-centred care while supporting and developing your nursing team.
Your impact will be visible across compliance outcomes, team capability, and, most importantly, resident experience.

- Ensuring full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
- Driving infection prevention and control practices
- Overseeing assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Leading audits, quality indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting complex clinical decision-making and admissions
- Partnering on workforce planning and operational strategy
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years’ senior nursing experience within Residential Aged Care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing non-compliance and driving improvement
- Confident leader who supports, mentors, and holds teams accountable
- High attention to detail with exceptional documentation standards
