- First on-call clinical responsibilities required
- Minimum 5 years acute care experience
- Advanced Life Support (ALS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Triage qualification
- MEC/REC experience
- First on-call experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation (first responder)
- Highly desirable:
- Remote Area Nursing (RAN)
- RIPRN endorsement
- Sexual Health experience
- Child & Maternal Health
- Immunisation certification
- Manual driver’s licence (highly desirable)
- Rural & remote PHCC environment
- Senior clinical decision-making required
- Participation in audits, governance, and portfolio management (CN level)
