About the Roles

- Advanced clinical decision‑making and autonomous practice
- First‑on‑call and after‑hours responsibilities
- Emergency response and acute presentations
- Leadership, mentoring and clinical support of nursing staff
- Portfolio, audit and quality improvement activities
- Community health, child & maternal health and immunisation programs
To be considered, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Significant post‑registration experience(typically 5+ years)
- Experience working as a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Nurse Consultant, or operating at a senior autonomous level
- ALS and PALS(essential)
- Neonatal resuscitation – first responder level
- Confidence working independently in remote or resource‑limited environments
- Remote Area Nursing (RAN) or PHCC experience
- Indigenous health experience
- Child & maternal health / sexual health / immunisation experience
- Manual driver’s licence
- Experience with clinical governance, audits or portfolio management
- Access to a variety of rural and remote contracts throughout the year
