- Oversee assessments, care planning & documentation
- Manage complex clinical needs including wound care
- Support audits, accreditation & quality initiatives
- Drive infection control and clinical governance standards
- Mentor, coach and support nursing & care teams
- Contribute to education, onboarding and performance development
- 4+ years’ experience in aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
- Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
- Confident communicator with a team-first approach
- Experience with AutumnCare (desirable)
- Current AHPRA Registration
