Clinical Pharmacist – Grade 1 & Grade 2 (Rotational)

We are partnering with a leading healthcare provider to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacists for their unit-based clinical pharmacy team.
Positions are available at both Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels, with allocation based on experience and career stage.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas, including specialty streams such as critical care and medical specialties. Successful candidates will also have the chance to undertake credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and participate in advanced scope programs.
Rotations may include operational services such as dispensing, compounding, and oncology placements. Professional development is a priority, with access to in-service education, journal clubs, conferences, and structured programs like SHPA residency.

What We’re Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
