- Applying advanced nephrology knowledge to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinating care for a group of dialysis patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing guidance and support to Level 1 Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and support staff
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation in line with policies and procedures
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dialysis Registered Nurse
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently
