We’re currently looking for experienced Disability Support Workers
to join our growing Talent Quarter team and access flexible opportunities with a range of clients and services.
As a Talent Quarter Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support that helps participants live as independently and confidently as possible. Depending on the client and shift, this may include personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, domestic assistance, community access and supporting participants to take part in activities they enjoy.
What you’ll need
- Minimum 12 months’ experience
working as a Disability Support Worker
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or a related qualification
- Practical Medication Administration training ( HLTHPS006 or HLTHPS007
is a must)
- Practical Manual Handling training ( HLTWHS005
– preferred)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- A genuine commitment to providing safe, respectful and person-centred support
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work confidently across different client environments
