Talent Quarter creates opportunities for those who care and make #connectionswithimpact. We are currently recruiting individuals who have a minimum of 6 months experience in disability support work to support our clients in the Illawarra area.

We need you to join our talented workforce and support people living with a disability across morning, afternoon, sleepover and active night shifts.

Ready to rock this job? Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Assist with daily routines such medication administration, meal preparation, domestic chores, personal care, running everyday errands and fun activities etc
  • Help people conquer challenges – from mobility to healthy habits
  • Be a trusted support for all our participants – provide transportation and facilitate meaningful connections with families
  • Keep detailed records – be the record-keeping hero we need ‍



We're looking for someone who's got the right stuff:

  • Relevant qualifications such as a minimum Cert 111 in Disability /Diploma in Community Services, or similar
  • Experience managing challenging behaviours – because you're a pro!
  • Essential checks and qualifications (don't worry, we can help you with these!)
  • Manual handling and Med Admin
  • A valid driver's license and a car that's ready to roll
  • A minimum of 6 months paid expereince working previously
