Talent Quarter are proud to exclusively partner with a leading Aged Care provider in Sydney who are seeking an experienced Executive Manager - Quality, Risk & Assurance to join their newly created Quality team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Quality manager to join a wellโ€‘resourced, valuesโ€‘led notโ€‘forโ€‘profit aged care provider with a reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.


As the Executive Manager you will:
  • Lead the newly formed Quality, Risk & Assurance team, embedding continuous improvement and strong clinical governance.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Exec to design a strategic, organisation-wide quality framework, aligning with compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Own the end-to-end management of SIRS, accreditation readiness, incident response, data-led performance monitoring, and statutory & board reporting.
  • Foster a proactive risk culture, drawing on data, stakeholder feedback, and emerging sector trends.
  • Nurture a high-performing team and strong external partnerships with regulators, sector bodies, and industry peers.

The ideal candidate will bring:
  • 8+ years in aged care, with minimum 5 years in senior Quality/Risk roles
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Risk, or Quality Assurance.
  • Regulatory mastery —deep working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, SIRS, AN-ACC, National Worker Screening.
  • Track record of team leadership, change management, and embedding best-practice governance systems.
  • Exceptional communicator and influencer, comfortable with Executive and Board-level relationships.
  • Sharp analytical skills and adept at process engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to integrity, innovation, and service excellence.
