As the Executive Manager you will:
- Lead the newly formed Quality, Risk & Assurance team, embedding continuous improvement and strong clinical governance.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Exec to design a strategic, organisation-wide quality framework, aligning with compliance and regulatory obligations.
- Own the end-to-end management of SIRS, accreditation readiness, incident response, data-led performance monitoring, and statutory & board reporting.
- Foster a proactive risk culture, drawing on data, stakeholder feedback, and emerging sector trends.
- Nurture a high-performing team and strong external partnerships with regulators, sector bodies, and industry peers.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 8+ years in aged care, with minimum 5 years in senior Quality/Risk roles
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Risk, or Quality Assurance.
- Regulatory mastery —deep working knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, SIRS, AN-ACC, National Worker Screening.
- Track record of team leadership, change management, and embedding best-practice governance systems.
- Exceptional communicator and influencer, comfortable with Executive and Board-level relationships.
- Sharp analytical skills and adept at process engineering and continuous improvement.
