To refer someone, either:
- Join our referral program with RefeRec - include this link here.
- Fill in our referral form one this page, or
- Email us at referrals@talentquarter.com with:
- Candidate’s full name, contact details & CV
- Your full name and contact details
- Confirmation that you and the candidate agree to be registered in our database
How it works:
- Complete the referral as per the details above to register both you and your candidate in our database.
- We introduce your candidate to clients across Australia.
- If the placement lasts more than six weeks and the candidate passes probation, you qualify.
- After we receive written confirmation from the client, we’ll pay you a referral fee as outlined in our referral terms.
A few final notes:
- The $250 thank-you payment is your taxable income—please declare it.
- We won’t withhold taxes unless legally required.
- We handle personal info in line with our Privacy Policy.
