The Opportunity
My client is seeking a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join their growing team, with flexibility across North or South of the River caseloads. The role offers a mix of community and clinic-based work, tailored to your experience, interests, and preferred working hours.
This opportunity is open to new graduates and experienced clinicians, with strong supervision and mentoring provided by a Director with 15+ years’ experience as an Exercise Physiologist.
Caseload & Locations South of the River

Caseload & Locations South of the River
- Approximately 50% NDIS, with the remainder a mix of Medicare, DVA, Workers Compensation, and private clients
- Combination of community and clinic-based work
- Suitable for Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists
- Joondalup:
Predominantly private caseload with a strong focus on spinal rehabilitation
- Warwick:
More mixed caseload
- Preferably full-time
Exercise Physiologist (part-time considered)
- Mix of community and clinic-based work
- 2–3 days per week
part-time (flexible)
- Mix of clinic and community caseload
- Salaried arrangements open to discussion
- Preferably full-time, part-time considered
- Existing EPs earn $70,000–$80,000 + super + PD allowance + bonus
- Strong internal mentoring and professional development support
- Salary range:
$70,000–$100,000, depending on experience and discipline
- 17% annual leave loading
on top of base salary
- Bonus structure available for clinicians who meet individual billable thresholds
- Not KPI-heavy
– quality of care and meaningful client outcomes are prioritised
- Strong administrative support, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work
- Visa sponsorship considered
for suitable candidates
- Structured onboarding with up to 4 weeks with no caseload
- Shadowing, systems training, and supported ramp-up
- Ongoing supervision and mentoring, particularly for new graduates
- AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
or Accredited Exercise Physiologist
- Open to new graduates
and experienced clinicians
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working across clinic and community settings
