You will work closely with clinical leaders and support teams to create a positive culture and maintain high standards across all aspects of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care facility
- Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, and staff retention
- Promote a positive, resident-centred culture across the home
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager or senior operational leader within aged care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Financial and operational management experience
- Relevant qualifications in Nursing, Health Management, or a related discipline
- Current AHPRA registration preferred
