As Facility Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while maintaining strong clinical, operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and support clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teams
- Ensure exceptional standards of care, clinical governance and resident wellbeing
- Oversee financial performance, budgets and operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
- Maintain compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders
- Proven experience in Aged Care Management
- Current AHPRA registration (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
- Demonstrated leadership and financial management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
