About the Role 

This is a key leadership role responsible for the clinical, operational and financial performance oof two small 25 bed facilities in Regional NSW. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities 
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across both facilities
  • Lead, mentor and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and legislation
  • Drive a strong culture of person-centred care and safety
  • Manage budgets, occupancy and overall site performance
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders
  • Lead continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
  • Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and staff capability
  • Manage clinical and operational risk effectively
To be considered you will have:
  • RN with current AHPRA 
  • Minimum 2+ years Aged Care Facility Manager experience
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
  • Solid financial and operational management experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused leadership style
  • National Police Check
