Our client offers a structured 12-month Graduate Program designed to build your confidence, clinical skills, and caseload at the right pace.
The Role
- Community-based (homes, schools + some clinic/telehealth).
- Mixed caseload across the lifespan.
- Work in the NDIS / Disability space supporting functional outcomes.
- Flexible work between appointments (WFH or office).
You Get
- Weekly 1:1 supervision + dedicated mentor.
- Access to clinical lead.
- Gradual caseload ramp up (no overwhelm).
- Shadowing + multidisciplinary team exposure / support.
- Access to a high end clinic / HUB.
- Internal + external PD allowance.
- Strong team culture + regular social events.
- 27.5 billable hours (achievable KPI bonuses).
- Laptop, phone + other tools provided.
- Travel expenses paid.
- Clear progression and the option to specialise and move interstate within the organisation.
- Social and energetic culture.
You Bring
- You Speech Therapy qualification (or if graduating a cert of completion).
- An SPA registration (or eligibility).
- An interest in disability / NDIS work.
- A driver’s licence + access to a car.
- Positive energy and a can do attitude.
