About the Role
As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of designing and delivering a vibrant lifestyle program that enhances residents’ quality of life. You’ll lead a small team while also being hands-on in creating engaging activities and building strong community connections.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lifestyle and wellness programs
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting Lifestyle Assistants
  • Developing monthly activity calendars and newsletters
  • Welcoming new residents and creating personalised activity plans
  • Coordinating events, entertainment, and external outings
  • Building relationships with community groups, volunteers, and stakeholders
  • Driving continuous improvement within the lifestyle program
About You

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential)
  • Experience in lifestyle, diversional therapy, or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative, proactive, and resident-focused approach
  • Ability to motivate and guide a small team
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current driver’s licence and confidence transporting residents
