As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of designing and delivering a vibrant lifestyle program that enhances residents’ quality of life. You’ll lead a small team while also being hands-on in creating engaging activities and building strong community connections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lifestyle and wellness programs
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting Lifestyle Assistants
- Developing monthly activity calendars and newsletters
- Welcoming new residents and creating personalised activity plans
- Coordinating events, entertainment, and external outings
- Building relationships with community groups, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Driving continuous improvement within the lifestyle program
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (essential)
- Experience in lifestyle, diversional therapy, or similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, proactive, and resident-focused approach
- Ability to motivate and guide a small team
- Current National Police Check
- Current driver’s licence and confidence transporting residents
