About the Role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists with postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health or Psychiatry to support ECAT, Triage and PARC services.
These services focus on crisis assessment, acute mental health response, and short-term recovery-oriented care within the community and inpatient settings.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists with postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health or Psychiatry to support ECAT, Triage and PARC services.
These services focus on crisis assessment, acute mental health response, and short-term recovery-oriented care within the community and inpatient settings.
Services / Units
- ECAT – Enhanced Crisis Assessment and Treatment
- Triage – Mental Health Triage Services
- PARC – Prevention and Recovery Care
- Crisis assessment and response
- Telephone and face-to-face mental health triage
- Acute mental health interventions
- Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting consumers through short-term recovery pathways
- RN, Social Worker or OT qualification
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health / Psychiatry
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience across mental health settings
- Experience in crisis assessment, emergency mental health or triage highly desirable
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts
- Current driver’s licence
- Rotating roster across 24/7 services
- Night shift availability may be required
- One-bedroom or shared two-bedroom fully self-contained units (kitchen, lounge, bathroom)
- Alternative hotel/motel accommodation may be arranged if units are unavailable
- Onsite car parking available
- No pets and no smoking onsite
- Partner accommodation cannot always be guaranteed
Mandatory Compliance
All candidates must have the following prior to commencing:
- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (excluding Residential Services)
- Current Seasonal Influenza vaccination, in line with health service policy
