Team Leader – Community Recovery 📍 Perth WA
Full Time | Monday - Friday | $60 per hour
An established community-based organisation is seeking experienced Team Leaders to support a residential mental health recovery program in Perth.
This position will suit someone passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health challenges, psychosocial complexities, and housing instability within a recovery-focused environment.
You will lead a team of support staff while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and day-to-day operational support within the service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support frontline staff within a residential recovery setting
- Promote recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice
- Support clients with complex mental health and psychosocial needs
- Assist with day-to-day coordination of the service
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a safe, supportive, and client-focused environment
- Previous leadership or senior experience within mental health, community services, homelessness, AOD, or residential care settings
- Strong understanding of recovery-focused practice
- Ability to manage complex situations and support staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualification in Community Services, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or similar
- Current National Police Clearance and relevant checks
