We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the JMDC team—driving high-quality care delivery within a supportive, collaborative, and multidisciplinary environment.
The Role As the Nurse Manager of JMDC, you will:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the unit
- Ensure safe, effective care aligned with clinical standards and best practice
- Manage and support staff to foster a high-performing team culture
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Strong initiative, resilience, and the ability to build productive networks
- Comprehensive experience in contemporary nursing management
- Well-developed leadership, decision-making, and business management skills

Position Details
- Permanent full-time (up to 76 hours per fortnight)

- $122,365 – $129,060 per annum (Nurses & Midwives Tasmanian State Service Agreement 2023)
- + 12% employer superannuation
- Post-Graduate Allowance of up to 10% (qualification dependent)

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA
