Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a skilled team of emergency nursing professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
- Manage rosters, resources, and staffing needs effectively.
- Drive quality improvement and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Support and develop staff through coaching and career progression.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive experience in emergency or acute care nursing.
- Proven leadership and management skills within a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Competitive salary: $130,203 – $136,295 per annum + 12% superannuation
- Postgraduate allowance of up to 10% (based on qualification)
