We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive Ambulatory Aged Care team delivering community-based services to older adults in Shepparton.
In this role, you will support clients to maintain independence and improve functional capacity through home and community-based assessments and therapy.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional and home safety assessments
- Develop individualised therapy plans
- Provide equipment prescription and home modification advice
- Support clients with daily living and rehabilitation goals
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in community, aged care or rehabilitation(desirable)
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Driver’s licence
required
