New Graduate Support Program Tailored for new grads and early career OTs, you’ll have:
- โ Structured onboarding and shadowing
- โ Weekly 1:1 mentoring with the Lead OT
- โ Internal PD sessions + external PD budget
- โ Grad-appropriate caseload with strong admin and clinical support
- โ Career development mapped to your goals
- Deliver evidence-based OT services in home, clinic, and community settings
- Support clients with functional assessments, equipment prescription, and rehab planning
- Collaborate with clients and families to achieve meaningful, person-centred outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- Driver’s licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for client-centred practice and ongoing learning
