The Opportunities
  • Occupational Therapists – Full Time, Part Time, Casual, or Contractor
  • Behaviour Support Practitioners (BSP) – Contractor
We welcome practitioners at any stage of their career and provide flexible work arrangements and extensive professional development.
Key Responsibilities – Occupational Therapists
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to support participant independence and functional abilities
  • Develop individualised care plans aligned with participant goals and NDIS funding
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reports, and communications, including liaising with the NDIA
  • Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills
Key Responsibilities – Behaviour Support Practitioners
  • Develop and review behaviour support plans and complete assessments
  • Facilitate case meetings and case conferences
  • Implement behaviour support plans and provide training to stakeholders
The Successful Applicant Will Have:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Registration with AHPRA or BSP ID
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and positive behaviour support principles
  • Understanding of the NDIS and its service delivery model
  • Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Clearance
Desirable Attributes:
  • Experience working with children and adults with disability or mental health needs
  • Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
Additional Information:
  • Positions available across Full Time, Part Time, Casual, or Contractor arrangements
  • SCHCADS Award Level 5 (Permanent rates $51.00–$53.31/hr)
  • Flexible work locations: Head Office (Campbelltown), visiting clients, or work from home
