Location: Macarthur Region, NSW
Reports To: Program Regional Manager
Work Type: Full-time / Part-time

Position Purpose
Our client is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, person-centred therapy to NDIS participants across the community. The role focuses on helping children and adults maintain or improve functional ability, independence, and participation in everyday life. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team, this position is ideal for a therapist who values purpose, professional growth, and making a tangible difference.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and adults in community and home settings.
Develop and implement individualised care plans aligned with participants’ NDIS goals.
Recommend and prescribe assistive equipment and home modifications to enhance safety and independence.
Design and facilitate group programs that promote functional improvement and self-management.
Prepare accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and NDIA correspondence.
Collaborate closely with allied health and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated, holistic support.
Engage in professional supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing learning.
Contribute to community education and inclusion initiatives as required.

About You
The successful candidate will be a compassionate and motivated clinician who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering person-centred care.
You will bring:
A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
Experience or interest in community-based and NDIS practice (paediatric or adult).
Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and documentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and external partners.
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous development.
Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
