seeking Occupational Therapists
across paediatrics, mental health, disability and neurological rehabilitation. Below are some of the opportunities currently available.
Occupational Therapist – Community Disability Caseload – Perth
• Salary:$75K–$120K + super
• Caseload:
NDIS participants including assistive technology, home modifications, personal support assessments, housing, orientation & mobility and mental health & wellbeing supports
• Role:
Deliver person-centred OT services including assessments, intervention planning and recommendations to support independence and daily functioning
• Requirements:
OT qualification, AHPRA registration, Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, driver’s licence
• Suitable for:
New graduate and experienced OTs interested in disability and community practice
• Benefits:
Supportive transdisciplinary team environment, professional development support and strong person-centred care focus
Occupational Therapist – Community & Clinic (Hybrid) – Bibra Lake & Perth Metro
• Salary:$85,000–$110,000 + super + quarterly performance bonuses (up to $10K+)
• Role:
Full-time hybrid role combining clinic work, community outreach and work-from-home admin days
• Caseload:
NDIS, CP and Medicare participants (adults and/or children) across home, school, clinic and community settings
• Requirements:
AHPRA registration (or eligibility), WA driver’s licence, reliable car, NDIS Worker Screening
• Suitable for:
Early career and experienced OTs seeking flexible community work
• Benefits:$5,000 PD allowance, 8 study leave days, 4 weeks annual leave + 2 wellness days, supervision and mentoring, paid travel, laptop and phone provided
Mental Health Occupational Therapist – Hybrid – Perth
• Salary:$80K–$100K + super (depending on experience)
• Caseload:
Adults and adolescents with mental health needs, delivering functional assessments, goal-based interventions, psychosocial support and recovery-focused therapy
• Role:
Provide OT interventions that support independence, wellbeing and community participation
• Requirements:
OT qualification, AHPRA registration, driver’s licence, interest or experience in mental health and evidence-based practice
• Suitable for:
OTs transitioning into private practice or seeking a flexible mental health-focused role
• Benefits:
Flexible hours, work-from-home options, professional supervision, full admin support and a collaborative OT team
Occupational Therapist – Early Intervention & School Age – Perth Clinics & Community
• Salary:$75K–$120K + super (depending on experience)
• Caseload:
Early intervention and school-age children supporting sensory regulation, fine motor development, emotional regulation, daily living skills and participation across home, school and community
• Role:
Deliver family-centred OT services, run therapy groups, provide coaching to families and stakeholders and complete functional capacity and assistive technology assessments
• Requirements:
Occupational Therapy qualification, AHPRA registration, strong communication skills, NDIS Worker Screening Check; paediatric or disability experience desirable
• Suitable for:
OTs passionate about early intervention and paediatric therapy
• Benefits:

Occupational Therapist – Paediatric & Adult Caseload – Bunbury or Manning
• Salary:$80,000–$120,000 + super (depending on experience)
• Caseload:
Clients with neurological and developmental conditions across the lifespan, delivering functional assessments and rehabilitation programs
• Role:
Provide assessments, treatment planning and therapy interventions while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Requirements:
Occupational Therapy qualification (Bachelor or Masters), AHPRA registration, driver’s licence, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
• Suitable for:
OTs interested in neurological rehabilitation, disability and community-based therapy
• Benefits:
