Occupational Therapist
Flexible Part-Time & Full time roles | Land Cove | Clinic-Based

About the Company
This is a well-established, privately owned allied health clinic based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. The team delivers evidence-based, client-centred care across musculoskeletal, injury management and functional rehabilitation, with a strong reputation in the local community and strong referral pathways.

The Opportunity
Our client seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team in a part-time or full time capacity.

This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician looking for flexibility (e.g. school hours) while playing a key role in growing the OT function within an established multidisciplinary clinic.

You will bring clinical confidence, structure and mentorship to support the existing team and help build out the organisation’s OT capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT assessments and interventions across a mixed caseload
  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Support the development and growth of the OT service offering
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and the local community
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to clinical quality standards

About You
  • Experienced Occupational Therapist (ideally 5+ years)
  • Confident working autonomously and providing clinical support/leadership
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for delivering quality client outcomes
  • AHPRA registered
  • Seeking flexibility, or open to part-time or full-time work

What’s on Offer
  • Flexible part time and full time hours.
  • Supportive, close-knit team environment
  • Opportunity to shape and grow an OT service
  • Structured weekday-only clinic (no weekends)
  • Professional development and autonomy

Why This Role
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a “steady hand” role — to bring your experience and shape the role and help build a service in a relaxed environment.

We’re proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ communities, veterans and people with disabilities.
