Occupational Therapists – Multiple Opportunities Across WA
Full-time | New Grads to Senior | Sponsorship Available
We’re partnering with a range of established providers across WA, offering flexible roles to suit your preferred location, caseload and level of experience.

Ellenbrook (Paediatric Caseload)
Salary: 80k-110k (depending on experience) + super + travel (99c per km)
• Caseload: Early childhood to adolescence within NDIS; clinic and community-based therapy
• Role: Deliver assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy; collaborate with families, schools and stakeholders; maintain clinical documentation
• Benefits: Supportive private practice, strong team culture with low turnover, opportunity to build long-term client relationships
• Suitable for: OTs with a passion for paediatrics and client-centred care
• Requirements: AHPRA registration, minimum 1 year experience, driver’s licence, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check

Bibra Lake (Hybrid - Clinic + Community - specialise in your preferred area)
Salary: $90K–$110K + super + quarterly bonuses + relocation + travel
• Caseload: Mixed NDIS, DVA, Medicare and private clients across clinic, home, school and community settings
• Role: Hybrid OT position with WFH admin days; deliver assessments, therapy and functional support
• Benefits: $5K PD allowance, 8 study days, wellness leave, paid travel, laptop & phone provided, approachable management with positive team culture
• Suitable for: OTs seeking flexibility, strong earning potential and structured clinical support
• Requirements: AHPRA registration, driver’s licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check
Sponsorship: Considered (onshore)

Albany & Great Southern Region (Community-Based)
Salary: 75-100k + super (depending on experience)
• Caseload: Mixed ages with a strong paediatric focus; community-based NDIS work
• Role: Manage an established caseload; deliver assessments and therapy; work autonomously with support from local and Perth-based teams
• Benefits: Caseload ready from day one, flexible career pathways (clinical or leadership), local OT and Therapy Assistant support, office access
• Suitable for: OTs at any stage seeking autonomy, flexibility and regional experience
• Requirements: AHPRA registration, driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Check, willingness to work with paediatrics

Bunbury or Manning (Neuro / Disability) - Sponsorship Available (onshore and offshore)
Salary: $80K–$110K + super
• Caseload: Adults with neurological and developmental conditions across clinic and community settings
• Role: Provide assessments, rehabilitation programs and progress reviews; work within a multidisciplinary team; support clients and families
• Benefits: Strong clinical leadership, career progression opportunities, diverse and rewarding caseload
• Suitable for: OTs interested in neurological rehabilitation and disability services
• Requirements: AHPRA registration, driver’s licence, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check

Perth (Hybrid – NDIS & Functional Assessments)
Salary: $75K–$120K + super
• Caseload: NDIS participants across assistive technology, home modifications, housing and mental health
• Role: Conduct functional assessments, deliver person-centred interventions and support client independence; hybrid working model
• Benefits: Transdisciplinary team, professional development, flexible work environment
• Suitable for: New graduate and experienced OTs seeking variety and flexibility
• Requirements: AHPRA registration, driver’s licence, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check

Joondalup / Midland / Fremantle -  Sponsorship: Available (offshore applicants with full AHPRA registration)
Salary: From $78K + super + salary packaging
• Caseload: Flexible paediatric or adult caseload across clinic and community settings
• Role: Work within a multidisciplinary team delivering client-centred OT services across NDIS and disability support
• Benefits: Salary packaging ($15,900 + $2,650), travel support, PD opportunities, gym and retail discounts
• Suitable for: New graduate and experienced OTs seeking structure, support and career development
• Requirements: AHPRA registration
