Occupational Therapists – Multiple Adelaide Opportunities
Brighton & Adelaide SA | Full-Time Opportunities | $85,000–$120,000 + Super

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for your next opportunity in Adelaide?
We’re recruiting for three OT opportunities across Brighton and Adelaide, from early-career positions with strong mentoring through to experienced clinicians looking for a leadership opportunity.

1. Early Career Occupational Therapist – Brighton | $85,000–$100,000 + SuperA great opportunity for an early-career OT wanting to develop their skills within a small, supportive paediatric team.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Predominantly clinic-based
  • Paediatric caseload including Autism, GDD, ADHD and Intellectual Disability
  • Support with self-care, regulation, motor skills, toileting and functional development
  • Parent coaching and family-centred support
  • Some local childcare centre work through Preschool Boost
  • Local travel only
  • Weekly in-house supervision and mentoring
  • Generous professional development budget
  • Strongly neuro-affirming, evidence-based and trauma-informed practice
  • Birthday leave
  • Small multidisciplinary team of OTs and Speech Pathologists
Ideal for an OT wanting strong support and supervision while building their confidence in paediatrics.

2. Team Lead Occupational Therapist – Brighton | $115,000–$120,000 + SuperAn opportunity for an experienced OT to take on clinical leadership within a small, close-knit multidisciplinary team.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of allied health clinicians
  • Provide OT-specific clinical supervision
  • Support clinician development, performance and wellbeing
  • Assist with complex clients and clinical decision-making
  • Contribute to professional development and team training
  • Improve clinical processes and documentation
  • Continue working clinically alongside leadership responsibilities
  • Paediatric therapy and caregiver coaching
  • Joint therapy alongside Speech Pathologists
  • Some local community work including educator support and Preschool Boost
  • Dedicated time for leadership responsibilities
  • Strong focus on neuro-affirming, evidence-based and strengths-based practice
The ideal candidate will have strong paediatric experience, previous supervision or leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing other clinicians.

3. Occupational Therapist – Adelaide | $80,000–$100,000 + SuperJoin an established multidisciplinary allied health organisation supporting clients across Adelaide and nationally through Telehealth.
This role offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to develop your clinical interests, with support from an experienced leadership and multidisciplinary team.
  • $80,000–$100,000 + super, depending on experience
  • Five weeks annual leave + birthday leave

About YouWe’re looking for Occupational Therapists who are:
  • Qualified with a Bachelor or Masters in Occupational Therapy
  • Currently registered with AHPRA
  • Passionate about person-centred, evidence-informed therapy
  • Strong communicators who enjoy working collaboratively
  • Organised and able to manage a clinical caseload
  • Committed to ongoing professional development
  • Hold a current driver's licence where community work is required
Paediatric and leadership experience will be highly regarded for the Brighton Team Lead position, while the Early Career role offers strong support for clinicians developing their experience.
