Paediatric Psychologist
Here at Talent Quarter, we currently have an opportunity for a Psychologist to join a supportive and collaborative multidisciplinary team within a growing allied health clinic in Parramata. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychologist who genuinely enjoys working with children and families to provide evidence-based psychological support, work autonomously while being supported by a wider allied health team, and make a meaningful impact within the clinic. With flexible part-time, contractor, or potential full-time options available, this role offers the opportunity to help shape Psychology services while developing strong clinical and collaborative skills.

The role:
- Conducting psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents
- Supporting families with practical, evidence-based strategies
- Collaborating with internal clinicians and external stakeholders
- Developing individualised therapy plans and goals
- Maintaining clinical documentation and reports
- Participating in multidisciplinary discussions and collaborative care planning
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Enjoys collaborating within a multidisciplinary environment
- Brings a warm, engaging and family-centred approach
- Communicates confidently with families and stakeholders
- Is comfortable working independently while remaining team-oriented
- Values holistic and collaborative care
- Paediatric experience is highly regarded
- General or Clinical Registration with AHPRA
- Eligibility to provide psychological services in Australia
- Working With Children Check
- Professional indemnity insurance (for contractors)
