We’re seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our busy pharmacy located near Dubbo, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and providing excellent health outcomes for the local community.
About the Role You will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service delivery. The position can be full-time or part-time permanent, with flexible hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using Fred NXT (or similar)
- Provide professional counselling on prescription and OTC medications
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
- Conduct MedsChecks, vaccinations, and other professional services
- Support Webster packing, DAA checking, and aged care services (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with PBS, QCPP, and other regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to maintain smooth daily operations
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist (unrestricted)
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to professional service delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Vaccination accreditation and/or experience with aged care services highly regarded
