What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Deliver high-quality dispensing, counselling, and medication management services
- Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community
- Lead and support pharmacy assistants to maintain a positive team culture
- Ensure full compliance with all professional and legislative requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or sole pharmacist preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for community pharmacy and patient care
