We’re partnering with a network of well-established, community-focused pharmacies across the  Northern Territory  to recruit passionate and motivated  PharmacistsPharmacists in Charge (PICs), and  Pharmacy Managers.

About the Roles
We’re working closely with independent pharmacy owners throughout the Northern Territory to fill a range of roles suited to both early-career and experienced pharmacists. Each pharmacy offers a supportive environment and a strong sense of community, with opportunities tailored to your career goals and lifestyle preferences.

Positions Available:  Pharmacist, Pharmacist in Charge, Pharmacy Manager
Location:  Various rural and remote NT towns
Employment Type:  Full-time 
Salary:  $80–$90 per hour + accommodation + car & fuel reimbursement
Relocation Support:  Yes – comprehensive financial and logistical assistance

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Dispensing and checking prescriptions using FRED or similar dispensary systems
  • Overseeing day-to-day dispensary operations, including stock control and team leadership
  • Providing professional advice, medication counselling, and health support to patients
  • Delivering 7CPA professional services and vaccinations
  • Supporting front-of-shop teams with customer queries and healthcare solutions
  • Building long-term, trusted relationships within the local community
 
What You’ll Bring
  • Current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist (unrestricted)
  • Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy qualification (desirable)
  • Vaccination accreditation or willingness to obtain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for community health and rural practice
