Physiotherapist
Flexible Part-Time & Full Time Roles | Lane Cove | Clinic-Based

About the Company
This is a well-established, privately owned allied health clinic based in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. The team delivers evidence-based, client-centred care across musculoskeletal, injury management and functional rehabilitation, with a strong reputation in the local community and strong referral pathways.

The Opportunity
Our client seeks an experienced Physiotherapist to join the team in a part-time or full-time capacity.
This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician looking for flexibility (e.g. school hours) while playing a key role in supporting and strengthening the physiotherapy offering within an established multidisciplinary clinic.
You will bring clinical confidence, structure and mentorship to support the existing team and contribute to ongoing service growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and treatments across a musculoskeletal caseload
    • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
    • Support the development and growth of physiotherapy services within the clinic
    • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
    • Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and the local community
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold quality standards

About You
  • Experienced Physiotherapist (ideally 3–5+ years)
    • Confident managing a musculoskeletal caseload independently
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Passion for achieving optimal client outcomes
    • AHPRA registered
    • Seeking flexibility, or open to part-time or full-time work

What’s on Offer
  • Flexible part-time and full-time hours
    • Supportive, close-knit team environment
    • Opportunity to influence and grow within the clinic
    • Structured weekday-only clinic (no weekends)
    • Professional development and autonomy

Why This Role
This is a genuine opportunity to step into a “steady hand” role — bring your experience, support junior clinicians and contribute to a growing service in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Diversity & Inclusion
We’re proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, LGBTQIA+ communities, veterans and people with disabilities.
