Advanced Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner & Manager
Full-time | Perth, WA
$110,000 – $120,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)

An opportunity is available for an experienced Advanced NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with leadership experience to join a well-established service in Perth. This role combines clinical practice with team leadership and service oversight.

The Role

Manage a small PBS caseload across home, school and community settings
Provide supervision and leadership to PBS practitioners
Oversee NDIS Quality & Safeguards compliance, including restrictive practices
Support service planning, policy development and continuous improvement
Contribute to staff development, recruitment and positive workplace culture

About You

Extensive experience supporting people with complex behaviours and psychosocial disability
Proven experience mentoring and supervising PBS practitioners
Strong commitment to evidence-based, strengths-based practice
Excellent communication, documentation and organisational skills

Essential Requirements

Current NDIS PBS Practitioner registration(Advanced preferred)
Relevant tertiary qualification (Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Education or similar) with required professional registration
