Joondalup, WA | Full-Time | $100,000–$110,000 + Super | Adult NDIS + Private + Medicare

A growing multidisciplinary private practice in Joondalup is expanding its services into adult NDIS and is looking for an experienced Psychologist with general AHPRA registration to join the team.
This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and help build the adult side of the business as the caseload grows.

The role
You’ll work with adult NDIS participants, providing psychological assessment and intervention while managing your own caseload.
You’ll have the autonomy to work independently, while collaborating with other allied health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Your role will include:
  • Managing an adult NDIS/private/Medicare caseload
  • Conducting psychological assessments
  • Developing and delivering individualised intervention plans
  • Providing evidence-based psychological support
  • Working collaboratively with participants, families and other professionals
  • Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation
  • Participating in multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Building relationships with referral networks
  • Contributing to the development of the adult service
About you
You’ll ideally be an experienced Psychologist with strong adult NDIS experience and the confidence to manage your own caseload.

You’ll also have:
  • Relevant Psychology degree
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Previous adult clinical experience
  • NDIS experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Current police clearance
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current WA Working with Children Check
  • Current driver's licence
  • Full Australian working rights
