Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner/Psychologist (Full-Time, Independent Role)
Location: Bibra Lake, WA + Metro Perth outreach
Work-from-home: Admin days available

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver psychological therapy and Positive Behaviour Support across all age groups

  • Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and develop NDIS-compliant Behaviour Support Plans

  • Coach and support families, carers, and teams to implement behaviour strategies

  • Collaborate with coordinators, schools, and allied health professionals

  • Produce concise, evidence-based reports reflecting your clinical judgement

  • Access peer consultation and external supervision as needed

What You’ll Bring
  • General registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) and NDIS registration as a PBS Practitioner (Core or above)

  • Demonstrated experience writing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans that reduce restrictive practices

  • Confidence working independently in community settings

  • Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills

  • Current WA driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

  • (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening
