About the Role Private Hospital is seeking experienced and passionate Registered Midwives to join our supportive and family-friendly Maternity team.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Obstetricians, Paediatricians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to mothers and babies across the full continuum of maternity services, including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver comprehensive midwifery care across antenatal, labour and postnatal settings
- Work confidently within Delivery Suite, Antenatal, Special Care and Postnatal Units
- Collaborate with Obstetricians, Paediatricians and multidisciplinary teams
- Support and educate mothers and families throughout their maternity journey
- Maintain high clinical standards and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in maternity services
- Relevant qualification in Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent
- Proven experience across Delivery Suite, Antenatal, Special Care and Postnatal Units
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
- Evidence of continuing commitment to professional groups
- Demonstarted participation in patient education sessions within the maternity unit
- Participation in policy and procedure development
- Previous experience within the private healthcare sector
