We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an acute nursing team on beautiful Norfolk Island.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN who enjoys working in a close-knit team and is confident across a broad range of acute nursing presentations.
The Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care across an acute hospital setting
- Assess, monitor and manage patients with a range of clinical presentations
- Work collaboratively with medical and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide safe medication administration, clinical assessment and ongoing patient care
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative nursing environment
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent acute hospital nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a small team
- Adaptable, reliable and patient-focused
- Previous rural, regional or remote experience is highly regarded
- Experience working in a unique island healthcare environment
