The Ward is a 16-bed Level 3 paediatric inpatient unit caring for patients aged 0–17 across general, surgical, orthopaedic, and mental health streams. You’ll work as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior staff and students
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient-centred care and safety
- Ability to work across a rotating roster
- Paediatric experience or postgraduate qualification (desirable)
